ABC DRY Cleaners Disclaimer Policy At ABC Dry Cleaners dot Com, a pick-up and delivery garments Dry Cleaners in the Metro Atlanta area, we exercise special care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies specially but not uniquely to suede's, leathers, silks, outdoor items such as flags, tapelines, tents, double-faced fabrics, vinyl's, polyurethanes, etc.  In dry cleaning or laundering items, we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage: or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. If you would prefer that we count your item before we remove from your presence, please indicate so. All items picked up are returned to rightful owners by our unique way of tagging prior to doing any work entrusted to our care. Furthermore, unless a list accompanied the garments in our red bag or your temporary bag, our count must be accepted. Additionally we are not responsible for item lost or stolen from designated drop off or delivery areas. Occasionally, when and if a dispute occurs that cannot be resolved satisfactorily, we will offer to refund no more than the amount charge for the processing of your items if our offer to re-do the items were not accepted.   Thank you for trusting your personal garments to ABC Dry Cleaners dot Com.
